Autonome Demo
Firstly, thank you very much for taking a look at my program! I designed Autonome directly from my experience working with teens and young adults as a teacher, counselor, and certified wellness coach. My vision was to build a program to deliver the tools to young people to manage their lives today and prepare prepare them for their next phase in life.
The program is designed to be true skill-building around social emotional learning competencies. It’s presented with authenticity and is respectful or where young people are in their life’s journey, guiding them to identifying their unique qualities, how to activate those qualities, and eventually leverage those qualities to reach their potential.
You can learn more about Autonome on the main website, autonome101.com, or take a look at the one-page overview.
